Management Information System (MIS)
Situation:Company where the Investor company is required to make payments for SAIF Zone services based on specific criteria. The goal is to facilitate & assist in the business process through automation.
Task:Develop a service within the Investor Portal that allows investors to create service requests. These requests should be automatically sent to the respective departments through the Management Information System (MIS).
Action:Implement two key components - the Investor Portal and the MIS system for SAIF Zone employees. When an investor submits a service request through the portal, it is assigned to the appropriate department, and SAIF Zone employees can respond using the Online Tracking System. This automated system streamlines processes, such as visa applications, obtaining NOCs, and other permissions, allowing SAIF Zone to provide efficient services to investor companies.
Result:Investor companies can easily submit service requests through the Investor Portal, attaching any necessary documents. SAIF Zone employees can then initiate the request in the MIS system and respond with specific requirements, such as sending attested NOC letters or payment receipts. The MIS system manages over 500 facility services through its online tracking system.
